Cazenovia Presbyterian Church Celebrates Summer

Summertime and the living is easy. But in times like these the living is not so easy and yet it is still Summertime. Taking an hour on a Sunday morning can help you gain solace and a sense of joy. The First Presbyterian Church of Cazenovia can be that place on 10:00 am Sunday mornings where you can gather as a community of Christians and celebrate corporate worship. To be present in this beautiful old sanctuary, to hear God’s word, to sing God’s praises, to pray for the problems facing this world can help you gain an inner connection to your spiritual dimension. All are welcome. Dress is casual and a fully staffed nursery is available.

On Sunday July 5th Pastor Steve Thomas will base his sermon “Don’t I Know You?” on Biblical passages from I I Samuel 5 and Mark 6. Special music will be given by Kris Curtis, Robin Curtis and Sharye Skinner singing a trio of “Let there Be Peace On Earth.”

After the formal church service, a time a food and fellowship continues with coffee, juice and something sweet.

If you are looking for an open and friendly place to celebrate Summer, please join us the Cazenovia Presbyterian Church. For more information or if you need a ride, contact the church at 655-3191 or visit our website at www.cazpres.org.
