Madison County’s Promise: The Alliance for Youth will present a program about “Reducing the Impact of Substance Abuse through Changing the Community Environment.” It will be lead by Michael D. Klitzner, Ph.D., Principal Social Scientist with the CDM Group, Inc., on Friday, November 14, 2008, from (9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Rusty Rail in Canastota. Lunch will be provided.
