We all care about hungry people, but what can one person do? You can join in the local CROP Hunger Walk to raise your voice against hunger and raise funds to help hungry people around the world and here in our own area. This year’s walk will take place on Sunday, October 16th, 2011.

Visit the CROP Walk Website to sign up to walk, or donate money to the team. 25% of all money raised will stay right here in Caz, and the rest will help hungry people internationally.

CROP Walk ~ October 17th

The Annual “Community Response On Poverty” (CROP) Walk for Hunger will take place this year on Sunday, October 17th, at 1:00 p.m., starting from Lakeland Park. CazCares will be the beneficiary of the portion of the proceeds remaining in the local community. If you would like to join the walk, donation envelopes will be available for pick-up during coffee hour following Sunday services. If you are unable to participate in the walk, your donation will be very much appreciated. Please make checks payable to Church World Services ~ CROP Walk.
